Six companies of the Overland Park and District 2 fire departments rolled out at 5:42 p.m. on a reported fire in a duplex in the 8300 block of Travis Lane in OP..
OPFD Quint 41 arrived at 5:45 p.m. reporting "fire showing from the garage of one-half of a duplex" there.
All occupants have reported to have got out of their residences uninjured.
No injuries as of this post- traffic at 83rd Street and Metcalf may be slowed by this incident.
