None of us really have an option to shop for necessary utilities like electricity and water- so when said utilities need a boost in revenue- they stick it to their trapped- recession (Depression)-battered customers.
Kansas Citians can attest to this- with rate increases coming to KC-MO residents for water and sewers and other increases brought or sought by electric companies- cable- etc..
