Tornado Watch Number 108 will include the Kansas counties immediately west of Metro Kansas City ... Franklin- including Ottawa- Douglas- including Lawrence and Jefferson- including Oskaloosa - until 9 pm this Tuesday evening.

Metro Kansas City will most likely be included in a new watch at or before 9 pm tonight.
