Too many Americans are against amnesty for an estimated 12-million illegals in this country and why shouldn't they be?
The state pollys get it- and have been passing anti-illegal immigrant laws to fill the Washingtonian void.
Legal experts fear it creates a "patchwork" of laws- most they claim are "unconstitutional."
