A reported car fire in the attached garage of an Olathe residence spread to the house late Thursday night.
The fire was reported at 10:20 p.m. in the 16200 block of West 144th Street and at 10:24 p.m.- the first-arriving Olathe fire crew reports "a working fire- car fully-involved in the garage" of the house.
The occupants of that home are reported to be outside and uninjured.
At 10:29 p.m.- the fire is reported to be "under control."
There's fire- smoke and water damage reported to the garage and immediately adjacent areas- with smoke damage throughout the house.
The official cause is under investigation with no injuries reported as of this post..
