Twenty-six year-old David Alan Williams was charged in Springfield Wednesday with first-degree felony arson for the fire early last Monday morning that killed his fiance's 3 children and critically-injured their grandfather- according to the SPRINGFIELD (MO) NEWS-LEADER.
