German Chancellor Merkel: "Violence is no way to solve things...."

This statement was made regarding all the thousands of protesters at the G-8 Summit in Heiligendamm, Germany.

Please Ms. Chancellor - brush up on your HISTORY.

Violence has solved things on this planet since the beginning of time.
Many have discovered violence is a way to attract attention to whatever cause - since the rich & powerful usually either dismiss those that "work within the system" or any change happens as fast as gasoline prices drop.

Our evolution as a species depends on evolving beyond violence - greed - blindness to the plight of those at the bottom - those who will eventually rise and dispose of the blissfully ignorant at the top.

Violence begats violence.

Talk to us again Chancellor - when violence such as WARS - fought by the people and not by the rich & powerful leaders who START them - cease.
