Credit Numbers Low? 'Piggyback!'

This is a weird setup to me - you'll have to read the story.
Basically- a person with the unattractive lower credit numbers can somehow be added to people with much-better credit ratings's credit cards - for a price of course.
The person being added on never sees ANY personal numbers or information of the person that added them.
Confused? Let me try explaining astrophysics in the next post....
