It's labeled "Sunspot 360" and it's coming around one of the sun's horizons to face Earth.
This spot could produce "X-Class (obscene?) solar flares" and- according to Spaceweather.com - "A big eruption could trigger ion storms, radio fadeouts and, if all goes well, auroras."
This looks to be one of the largest sunspots in at least several months (I check daily) and if the flares are powerful enough - they could pose hazards to satellites as well as those in the space station.
