Cases Of Two Held At Guantanamo Thrown Out

Much as America overreacted after Pearl Harbor in 1941 - our government overreacted after 2001.

IF the American justice system is so great- WHY did we have to throw it out? Well- 2 judges didn't see it that way - they "threw out" 2 cases that were being held in Bush's 'kangaroo court.'

THE TERRORISTS HAVE WON WHEN AMERICAN CITIZENS LOSE FREEDOMS AND THEIR RIGHT TO DUE PROCESS.

I realize this doesn't bother anyone really- until it's YOUR rights taken away of course....
