Forecast For 2012- No Change

Once again- America's in it's worst season- a presidential election.

Both candidates espouse change- which is about all any of us have left in our pockets these days.

Our invasion/occupation of Iraq continues at a cost of billions per month while tens of millions of Americans are left hanging with no health insurance.

Political corruption and self-interest continues pretty much unreported and unabated. Those that do get caught do little if any jail time.

And that's just a short list of ills.

My forecast for 2012 is that none of these issues will change much. We'll still have troops in Iraq and Afghanistan and God knows where else- depending on who gets elected this year.

I forecast that neither candidate will institute a national health insurance plan or an energy policy that will do very much to upset the corporate applecarts.

Demoblicans & Republicrats love the good present and political afterlife provided by those wealthy corporate interests (lobbyists) to change very much to sustain the increasingly pipe-dream American dream.

The two entrenched parties will offer up the moon for your vote and will do little but kick the American people in the asteroids once they're elected.

And I'm being optimistic too....
