Our spell of very pleasant autumn weather is slowly coming to an end with several storm systems projected into our area by the first of next week.
Precip is indicated with a frontal system due into the MetroRegion late tomorrow-early Saturday.
Then the main show with a stronger storm system toward later in the weekend- and that storm system could hang around the area through mid-week- with a chance of some wintry precipitation late next Tuesday/early Wednesday.
Rainfalls of 1.5 to more than 3-inches are indicated in the Kansas City MetroRegion- with the heaviest rainfalls to the east.
On the horizon to Thanksgiving: it appears a winter storm will gather strength south of us ON Turkey Day- possibly spreading some greasy skid-stuff into the Metro/MetroRegion on the weekend after Thanksgiving.
