Radio station KOH-AM 780 is reporting the crash of a medical helicopter north of Reno early Saturday morning.
The pilot and 2 medical crewmembers aboard the aircraft were killed.
The chopper's crew had just flown a patient to a Reno hospital and was reportedly on-course back to their base when the aircraft crashed and burned.
