KC-MO North Hotel Evacuated Due Fire Scare

t 2:07 am Saturday morning- seven companies of the KC-MO and Southern Platte Fire departments responded on "a 1st-alarm assignment"- reported "smoke on the 3rd-floor" of the Howard Johnsons hotel at 7301 Northwest Tiffany Springs Road.



The hotel was evacuated and- at 2:18 am- a KC-MO fire company reports "a fire in a chair- out" at that time.


No one was injured- but a fire investigator was dispatched and guests were allowed to return to their rooms within 20 minutes.
