The Topeka (KS) CAPITOL-JOURNAL reports a man who was attempting to break into a business early today was found stuck upside-down in a roof vent pipe.
The would-be thief apparently had called his daughter first.
She couldn't free hims so the daughter called police who- with the help of firefighters- got the suspect loose.
The man will be charged after he's out of the hospital.
