Ms. Lacey Fitzgerald is just one of thousands of MetroRegion Kansas City lovelies- but the ONLY one to get her own sign- according to The RICHMOND (MO) DAILY NEWS.
Ms. Fitzgerald was "Miss Missouri" last year- and Richmond residents celebrated by presenting their native daughter with a sign at Richmond's city limits proclaiming her honor.
