None of the agenies found a victim- but around 3:45 a.m.- security officers at a nearby hospital reported "a black male- shot around 3rd Street and Charlotte" in their emergency room.
There wasn't any victim condition nor suspect info available at post time....

A woman had been shot "in front of" a residence in the 1000 block of Orville and police found the "32-year-old" victim near 13th Street.
She was rushed to a hospital in serious condition while police sought a male suspect.
