The KANSAS CITY (MO) STAR reports that the Community Development Corporation (CDC) of Kansas City has filed a lawsuit against the City of KC-MO over the decaying Citadel Plaza project because the city didn't give the corporates the EXTRA $20.5 I didn't know the city had promised them.
This was AFTER the CDC was successfully sued by a Pennsylvania investor who claimed their properties in the Citadel Plaza project boundaries were demolished without knowledge or- apparently- adequate compensation.
