With Dubya As Their Poster Boy - Al-Qaida At Pre-9-11 Strength
Except for the poster boy part - the rest is more-confirmingly true- according to U.S. intelligence experts (which in itself seems a contradiction of terms).
Why wouldn't bad-ole al-Qaida be "rebuilt" to as strong as they were when they cold-cocked us on that fateful September day- especially when their leader OSAMA BIN LADEN is still alive and well in God-knows-where but not Dubya.
