The man that the Iraqis (or Americans) selected to lead THEIR NEW DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT- and I quote this directly from the Associated Press article- has said "Iraqi forces are capable and American troops can leave "any time they want.""
Did you hear that Dubya? We have the Iraqis permission to LEAVE IRAQ. You can spin that Dubya- "We left because the Iraqis said they are capable and that we could leave."
I'm wagering Dubya STILL won't be getting Americans out of harms' way in Iraq anytime soon- that the ONLY Americans leaving Iraq in the next 6 months AT LEAST will be on stretchers or in body bags.
