KANSAS CITY-CENTRAL STATES WEATHER: Still A Chance For Severe Storms In The Next 6 Hours Or So

The very latest NWS-SPC severe storm forecast or outlook still depicts (click on image below) the K.C. MetroRegion and a swath of other central states in a "slight risk" area for severe thunderstorms through 7 am Sunday morning.A check of the current weather synopsis shows storms should being firing up anytime now- it appears first in north-central Kansas- then along the cool front to our north slowly sagging toward us.
