The alarm was sounded at 9:21 a.m. Monday morning for a house in the 7800 block of Wyoming.
Pumper 37 arrived at 9:24 a.m. and reported "smoke and fire showing" from a 1-story house near there.
There was also a reported person suffering from "smoke inhalation-" possibly an elderly person.
The female patient's injury was not immediately life-threatening.
At 9:36 a.m.- the fire was reported to be "under control."
