Police report this is a "head-on with a driver going the wrong way" on westbound I-70 just west of Prospect in KC-MO at 5:22 am..
Here are 2 K.C. SCOUT traffic camera shots- showing 2 heavily-damaged vehicles in the middle of the westbound lanes.
Westbound I-70 is being closed at Prospect until the wreck is cleared.
One driver was taken to a city medical trauma center in serious condition.
The driver of one of these vehicles is dead on the scene- according to KC-MO FD/MAST-EMS..
