As I write this at 10:29am Friday December 19- 2008- the listed price for a barrel of sweet crude oil is selling at $34.61- a new low this year.
Yet locally- gasoline prices have risen anywhere from 10 to 20-cents per gallon this week- from the upper $1.20's now into the mid-$1.40's.
I'm sure the oil companies won't require you to giftwrap those gouge dollars you pay them. Just as well- I'd tell them to go $@!& themselves anyway....
