This area is lifting north to northeast toward Metro Kansas City.
Temperatures in the Metro remain below freezing- 11am readings ranged from 24 at KCI to 28-degrees at New Century airport in JoCoKS..
Precipitation will move in during the next hour- and temperatures are to remain BELOW FREEZING through at least 4pm now.
