Dow Jones Stock Index Plunges Below 12000


High fuel prices and increasing unemployment due in part to well-paying American jobs continuing to be shipped overseas by corporations are contributing to a weak American economic recovery- and a stock market plunge.


The Dow Jones stock index is reflecting the poor confidence in the American economy and has dropped more than 137 points as of this post with the DJ Index at 11988.
