A domestic dispute at a residence in Marysville KS turned deadly Wednesday evening.
Marysville is in north-central Kansas about 40 miles north of Manhattan.
Police say that 24-year-old Derek Baynton was shot multiple times and killed during the disturbance.
The shooter was taken into custody at the scene and a woman at the house was questioned about the murder- according to the MARYSVILLE (KS) ADVOCATE.
