This watch is in effect until 10 p.m. this Thursday night- and includes east-central and northeastern Kansas- about the northwestern quarter of Missouri- southeastern Nebraska and extreme southwestern and southern Iowa.
Metro Kansas City IS included in this watch.
The watch does not include Linn county KS- Vernon and eastward counties in MO..
Currently- there are thunderstorms in northeast MO- a few severe south of Kirksville- but as of yet- there are no thunderstorms in the watch area in KS..
If any tornadoes occur in MetroRegion Kansas City- the news will be posted here at CSW.
