It was an active tornado evening in west through south Iowa Tuesday.
Except for one report in eastern Nebraska near the Iowa border- 16 tornadoes have been reported since 5 p.m..
The NWS' Storm Prediction Center (SPC) or local news media hasn't reported any injuries with the mini tornado outbreak- and only scattered damage.
A dryline/wind shift/cold front stretches at this time from the northwest tip of Missouri into east-central Kansas.
Thunderstorm have formed a "squall" line from east of St. Joseph northeastward through northern Missouri and southern Iowa.
A few storms could yet develop through midnight south along the advancing front- but no severe weather is expected.

Never did amount to much around here--in fact clear blue skies were all I saw at my house til just before sunset.
I hope the folks up north are all right.
