CSW BREAKING: Explosion and Fire in Gladstone MO House

Fire investigators are working the debris of a house explosion and fire in Gladstone early Sunday.


The incident was reported at 4:04 a.m. CST in the 2700 block of Northeast 57th Terrace.

Fire crews from Riverside helped Gladstone firefighters knock the fire "out" at 4:26 a.m..

Early into the fire- Gladstone Police received reports that "2 people ran" from the house just after the explosion.

There are indications of possible drug activity (meth house?) there as police investigators assisted.



No injuries were reported from the fire scene- unknown about the 2 that fled.
