The SPRINGFIELD (MO) NEWS-LEADER reports 44-year-old Missouri State Highway Patrol (MOHP) trooper Don Ivie died Sunday after falling an estimated 2500 feet in Wyoming's Grand Teton mountains.
Trooper Ivie- who was assigned to Troop D- was on vacation and climbing the mountain solo.
