CSW WEATHER: NWS-SPC- "Watch Possible" For Metro- MetroRegion Kansas City

Thunderstorms continue over south-central Kansas from west of Emporia to near the Hutchinson area.

There have even been a few severe thunderstorm warnings on this activity over the past hour.

The Storm Prediction Center- in a "mesoscale discussion'" states that a (severe storm) "watch is possible" over eastern-northeastern KS and northern MO during the next few hours as this activity continues to move and develop into our area.

Any watch will be posted here at CSW when and if it's issued...

Look like these storms are losing their punch as they move east.

But then they my refire but looking slim.

Also train derailment in Miami County was just 2 miles from where I use to live that area gets flooded or water backed up on to a lot might have been a shift in the track bed or rails themselves.
