A 2nd Metro Kansas City resident has died by police gunfire in less than 10 hours...
Just before 10 p.m. Tuesday night- Olathe Police were called to a reported stabbing in the 400 block of North Logan.
Reports are that the officers were confronted by a man with a firearm inside the residence at that address- and police opened fire on the armed man- killing him.
The person who had been stabbed reportedly had serious injuries- but little else is known about this victim- or the man police killed.
Just after 1 p.m. Tuesday afternoon- an Independence MO police officer shot and killed a man during a traffic stop on eastbound I-70 west of I-470.
There has been no other information issued on that incident yet.

These police seem to be quite trigger happy these days.
It's not trigger happy police idiot! It's other idiots threatening others with weapons that bring the trouble onto themselves. Meet deadly force with deadly force. It's legal and justified.
