Illogical Corporate Thinking in the 21st Century

There was a time- long- long ago and apparently in a place far- far away where if a company had an employee who provided their own tools- faithfully showed up for their shift on-time and every time and often gave their employer a leg-up on the competition- that company REWARDED that employee- not ask them to take a pay cut...

Why would the corporations care about their employees when they can just get a bail out from the government if they fail?

Well as I said here a while back a friend was asked to take a pay cut after company claimed in January of making a profit last year but turned around end of February and asked for a what was supposed to be across the board pay cut claiming they was not making any money.

Just like companies feel that with all my talent I should not have an issue with working for $9.00 an hour. I have a huge issue with it as a matter of fact. If times are tough in companies then all the highly paid owners and corporate big wigs need to take HUGE pay cuts as well. Let’s see how long people who like making over 100 to 200k a year like trying to live off say 43k a year.

It’s a simple fact people as long as we allow our borders to be cross by people willing to work for below $10 an hour corporate America is going to start demanding us to do the same and are as a matter of fact.

But hey I guess enough people have not been affected by it yet because they keep voting the same people back into office that will do nothing about it. So when it’s too late, it will be too late. When that point and time arrives, Americans will be the real minority, working for nothing and having nothing.
