Yet that is exactly what Kansas Representative Melvin Neufeld- a Republicrat from Ingalls- proposes.
Rep. Nuefeld is in favor of a toll-road from the new Leavenworth county interchange with I-70/Kansas Turnpike into southern Johnson county and "east into Grandview MO" says the story in the LAWRENCE (KS) JOURNAL-WORLD.
