One person suffered minor smoke inhalation but refused to be taken to a hospital after a house fire in the 3000 block of East 75th Street Sunday morning.
The alarm was sounded at 2:53 am- and 5 fire companies rushed to the address where a working house fire was found with all the occupants already outside in a near-freezing temperature.
Two handlines were used on the fire that was brought under control at 3:08 am.
The injured person was treated on the scene by MAST-EMS but refused to be taken to a medical facility.
The house suffered moderate to heavy damage and a fire investigator's report was pending.
