The call came in around 1:15 am Central Daylight Time to a reported shooting "at the Do Drop Inn" in the 10500 block of East U.S. 40 Highway.
Independence police officer arrive and find 3 victims- one inside the establishment and 2 outside in the parking lot.
At least two of the victims were males- one was "24-years-old" the other "42-years-old" according to AMR-EMS.
Both had been shot in the thigh- the latter's which was fractured by the bullet and were in serious but stable condition.
Police indicate a disturbance escalated and later- a possible 4th gunshot victim appeared at an area hospital.
The investigation continues....
