Just before 12:10 am Sunday morning- KC-MO Center Zone patrol officers received the call of a disturbance with shots fired in the 2700 block of Park in Midtown.
At 12:13 am- officers at the call report "3 suspects in custody" as well as a firearm- but can't initially locate a reported victim.
A few minutes later- a male who had been shot in the upper abdomen was located in a house in the 2700 block of Park- along with a 2nd assault victim.
The gunshot victim was rushed to a hospital and he was in critical condition enroute.
No official police report yet.
