Here- according to the public record- as reviewed by The Associated Press- Rudy Giuliani's City Hall had "a reputation of resistance, even hostility, toward open government, the First Amendment and the public's access to simple facts and figures."

Like we don't need ANOTHER Clinton or Bush as president- we sure as hell don't need another President Resistance or President Hostility.
