The alarm was sounded for the above departments at 9:24 am- LSFD dispatch reported a "neighbor reported a lightning strike to the house next door to 528 Sycamore Road."
At 9:29 am- LDFS "Pumper 5" reported "fire showing- from the roof" of one side of a "1-story" house there.
The incident is underway and any updates on this incident will be posted on this post....
