Overnight Crash in Johnson County MO Seriously Injures Two

Four young adults were in a 2008 Dodge pickup truck that was travelling on Southeast 591 road in Johnson County around 12:13 a.m. Sunday morning when the driver lost control.

The pickup rolled-over several times- according to the Missouri Highway Patrol (MOHP) report- and at least 2 of the occupants were ejected from the truck.

Two of the victims were taken by private vehicle to the Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg- and one other injured person was transported from the scene to a Kansas City hospital by Johnson County EMS.

At least 2 of the injured had serious head injuries as indicated by radio reports from the scene.

Ages of the truck's occupants ranged from 19 to 21-years-old.
