Central States NEWS: Dubuque IA Hit By Record Rainfall- Flooding


The northeastern Iowa city of Dubuque was inundated by more than 14-inches of rain that began Wednesday afternoon into this Thursday morning.



Flooding has been reported in an around Dubuque forcing evacuations- and at least 2 structure fires also required a complete call-out of all off-duty Dubuque firefighters- according to the DUBUQUE (IA) TIMES-HERALD.


The mayor of Dubuque issued a "disaster" declaration and some evacuations were still on-going as of midday Thursday.
