A shooting in KC-KS early Sunday morning gravely wounded a female- and critically injured a male.
The incident was reported at 12:09 a.m. in the 300 block of South Mill.
Police arrived minutes later and found the two victims- both around 20-years-old.
The female victim had reportedly been "shot in the back of the head" according to EMS- she was pulseless while enroute to a hospital.
The suspect(s) left the scene in an unknown vehicle.
