Prairie Township Fire and EMS were called-out at 12:55 a.m. Sunday morning for a motorcycle crash.
The crash- between 2 motorcyclists- was at Missouri (M) 7 and Milton Thompson Road- just west of Lake Lotawana- the latter department sending an EMS unit mutual aid..
One cyclist died at the scene.
The 2nd biker- "a 29-year-old male-" was taken to Overland Park-Regional Medical Center with serious to critical injuries.
There weren't any other riders reported.
