CSW BREAKING: Flash Flooding With Cars Trapped in KC-KS-MO
Currently the flash flooding issues are along Southwest Boulevard from the Mission Road area eastward to around 31st Street where rainfalls of more than 2 inches in an hour have produced flash flooding.
Flash flooding has also affected I-70 on the north Downtown KC-MO loop and along I-35 near Southwest Trafficway.
Cars are trapped in high waters at all the above mentioned locations- with more reports coming in.
