We here at CSW have NO idea why the Lawrence KS City Manager makes budget decisions for the REST of Douglas county (DGCO) KS- but- according to the BALDWIN CITY (KS) SIGNAL- the decision to take the lone southern DGCO's ambulance out of service due to budgetary concerns has been rescinded.
