The Olathe KS Police are $5000 poorer after having to pay that to a man ticketed for saying "fuck you" and giving an officer the finger after the man- Scott Schaper- was stopped by police for "failing to yield at a stop sign"- says the story in The KANSAS CITY (MO) STAR.
Schaper reportedly made $4000 off the deal- the ACLU getting the other 1k.
