This shooting happened just before 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon in the 2700 block of North 17th Street.
The suspect left the scene with 3 other black males "in an older-model- purple (colored) Neon- northbound on 17th Street-" police on the scene said.
The female victim- bandaged up at the scene by EMS- refused transport to a hospital.
