You may remember the highway patrolman from Oklahoma- Trooper Daniel Martin- who got in an altercation with an EMS crew last spring- reported HERE and HERE.
Well- Trooper Martin has become involved in another altercation- this time with a civilian who wasn't related to a car stop Trooper was on at the time- according to STATter 911.
Are the same people in charge of the Oklahoma State Patrol who are in charge of University of Kansas athletics?
