Visible Satellite and Snow Cover Over America



Here is a visible weather satellite from this Sunday afternoon.


Above the red line is the visible snow cover (where cloud cover doesn't hide it)- showing virtually the northern half of America covered in snow.
Earlier this morning- a freezing rain storm hit parts of the Pacific Northwest.
